About The Position

Current CVG employees, please click HERE to login and apply. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Defines annual ISO-9001/IATF-16949 Internal Auditing Schedules. Defines annual ISO-14001 Internal Environmental Auditing Schedules. Manage the SmartLPA audit system. Train internal auditors and maintain training records. Assure timely completion of all internal audits. Record audit results. Report audit findings and corrective actions in the Plex Problem Control System. Perform ISO-14001 sampling. Conduct ISO-14001 related regulatory compliance reporting. Track monthly key metrics for IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 related to management review activities. Create power point presentations for IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 management reviews. Schedule and conduct annual management Contingency Plan reviews. Schedule, Conduct, Host onsite or virtue audits with the external ISO/IATF Registrar. Report and assure closure of External Audit findings. Stay current on standards (revisions & interpretations). Document Control Create new and revise existing Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms. Maintain document revision/approval history. Schedule and oversee Document review audits for all production areas. Required Qualifications: Associates degree or above is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of relevant quality, office, or management experience is preferred. Excellent computer skills (email, Word, Excel, PPT). Experience with SmartLPA is a plus. Effective communication skills (verbal & written). Ability to interact with various internal and external individuals and cross-functional teams. Able to conduct group training. Able to professionally present information and hold meetings over multiple days. ISO-14001 Lead Auditor trained/certified or knowledge/experience is preferred. IATF-16949 Lead Auditor trained/certified or knowledge/experience is preferred. Practical experience with Plex, AS-400, or other operating systems is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
