About The Position
At Applewood Our House, memory care is personal. We serve residents with dementia in a calm, home-like environment where integrity, compassion, and adaptability guide every decision we make. We’re looking for an experienced QMAP/Caregiver who understands that excellent memory care means medication safety, skilled hands-on support, and care wrapped in kindness.
Requirements
- Certified QMAP (required) with caregiving experience
- Comfortable and confident in a memory care setting
- Calm, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Someone who leads with compassion and adapts with grace
Responsibilities
- Safely administer medications in compliance with Colorado regulations
- Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs in a gentle, respectful manner
- Recognize and respond to the unique needs of residents with dementia
- Observe and communicate changes in condition or behavior
- Support residents with patience, dignity, and consistency
