Position Overview The QIDP is responsible for the overall program coordination within each home assigned. Will develop and implement Individual Plans (IP’s) that promote self-determination, development, and independence of those we serve. Ensures all systems and practices are followed routinely which meet the requirements of all regulatory agencies. Assists staff in performing all responsibilities related to the individual’s program services plan. QIDP is jointly responsible with the Residential Coordinator to ensure effective supervision of the group home. This position is also a response for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local rules and New Avenues to Independence, Inc. policies and procedures. Responsible to promptly report to supervisor any circumstances that negatively affect the health, safety, or well-being of residents, the agency, or its equipment.
