The Quality Control Lab Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that the quality of our products released for production use are within specific criteria and meet regulatory requirements. This hands-on position requires collaboration across departments, technical expertise in metals analysis, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The QC lab technician will oversee inspection, testing of the material to maintain the highest standards in the precious metals industry. The day in the life of a Quality Control Lab Technician... Perform routine analysis and quality tests with laboratory equipment Prepare samples for analysis Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed Address and discussion issues with manager on routine analysis Keep Track of analytical equipment inventory Track standard/supply usage Strong attention to detail Strong analytical skills Ability to read, write and keep records Working knowledge of concepts of quality control.
