Requirements

Responsibilities
Manage and support tech fee billings across all U.S. sites, ensuring accurate charges for new offices and retentions.
Partner with Canadian teams to work to standardize tech fee billing processes.
Serve as primary liaison between Property Management offices, IT vendors (e.g., Unisys, Konica Minolta, Verizon), and internal teams.
Guide property management teams in identifying IT solutions aligned with company policies.
Foster vendor relationships based on field feedback, leading to improved services and support.
Act as IT subject matter expert for site onboarding, offboarding, and relocation, ensuring full functionality per client and company requirements.
Provide ongoing site support and serve as an escalation point for unresolved IT issues.
Manage computer loaner program in partnership with ITAM, reducing downtime from equipment repairs.
Support IT projects affecting Property Management (e.g., Meraki and phone server upgrades).
Manage ticketing system for non-transition tasks to ensure accountability and support.
Collaborate with field teams and IT to improve and streamline support processes.
