Join a Crew That Powers Possibilities Lighthouse Electric is hiring a QC/CX Specialist to strengthen our project quality program across multiple jobs. You’ll support the QC/CX backbone—OFCI receipt inspections, spec and submittal reviews, Contractor Quality Plans, and airtight documentation/traceability in SharePoint, QuickBase, Procore, and CX Alloy—while supporting field teams with targeted site visits for inspections, energization prep, and code/spec compliance. You’ll partner with our QC/CX Manager, QC/CX Specialists, and project teams to raise execution quality and field reliability. Hiring for our pre-fabrication shop, Brockway facility, and main office. Each location/project presents unique opportunities and challenges, and my visits will allow you to collaborate with different teams, support ongoing initiatives, and gain firsthand insights into each project’s progress.
