This QC Admin Temp role is responsible for ensuring the laboratory is in an audit-ready state and that supplies are well stocked.

Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
High school diploma or equivalent
Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor in day-to-day activities and communications
Demonstrate effective time management and attention to detail in work performed

Nice To Haves

Some experience in a laboratory, food production, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environment preferred (internships or coursework will be considered)

Responsibilities

Maintaining a safe, neat, and clean environment to ensure audit readiness
Responsible for cleanliness of laboratory equipment
Ensure laboratory and production records are organized and filed
Responsible for the organization and storage of Raw Material, R&D Sample lot, and Finished Product retains/controls and records
Track inventory of laboratory supplies
Place purchase orders for laboratory stock items
Keep laboratory well stocked
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Frequent interaction with our Quality & Compliance team
Assisting in site audits and certifications where necessary
Assist in the company’s organoleptic evaluation program
