About The Position

A long-term healthcare facility is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support their Human Resources team in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment. This is a short-term assignment with an immediate start, ideal for someone who thrives in administrative support and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience required; HR experience preferred but not required
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings, including physical, PPD, and PATCH clearance
  • FBI Fingerprinting Required - Candidates who completed Fingerprinting within the last two years preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the HR team, handling high-volume clerical tasks
  • Assists with onboarding processes, including preparing and organizing new hire packets (training provided)
  • Maintains accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
  • Coordinates and tracks employee documentation to ensure compliance
  • Supports internal communication and correspondence as needed
  • Performs general office duties such as data entry, scanning, and document preparation
