The QA Testing Manager provides strategic and hands-on leadership across, the testing lifecycle including Quality Assurance (QA), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Business User Acceptance Testing (BUAT) across multiple concurrent UPS legacy initiatives and Modernization Program phases. This role ensures TRS systems are reliable, secure, compliant, and production-ready, supporting complex, time-sensitive projects that are critical to organizational operations. The QA Testing Manager oversees test planning, execution, defect management, test environments, and documentation, serving as the primary link between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role also champions best practices in business continuity, security testing, and test automation to drive efficiency, consistency, and high-quality outcomes.
