Requirements

• 10+ years of QA/Test Lead experience
• Experience with ERP implementations (Workday preferred)
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and defect management
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience with SaaS applications and system integrations
• Strong communication and leadership skill.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the test strategy and test plan
• Lead system, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Create and manage test cases and test execution
• Track and manage defects using Azure DevOps
• Coordinate with business SMEs, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Support test automation and testing environments
• Participate in cutover planning and go-live readiness
