About The Position

As the QA Systems and Compliance Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Food Safety and Quality Management Program across multiple sites. You will serve as the primary authority on Quality Management System (QMS) compliance, ensuring alignment with MARS standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will require strategic interaction with auditors, inspectors, and senior leadership, driving a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or related industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, QMS, ERP systems, and compliance management technologies.
• GFSI certifications; PCQI certification; Auditor Certification required.
• Deep knowledge of HACCP, FDA, FSMA, GMP, GFSI, and other relevant standards and regulatory agencies.
• Personable, professional, and highly productive within a team environment. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and independently.
• Strong desire for ongoing learning, professional development, and embracing new challenges.
