About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Systems and Compliance Administrator to maintain our CMMS (iMaint) and coordinate administrative environmental compliance activities. This role is systems-focused and deadline-driven, supporting maintenance planning and regulatory reporting with guidance from outside consultants.

Requirements

Experience working with a CMMS (iMaint preferred).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Experience managing recurring reports or compliance documentation.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and document management tools
Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing or industrial environment experience.
Familiarity with environmental or regulatory reporting processes.
Experience working with third-party consultants.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the CMMS (iMaint).
Manage preventive maintenance schedules, asset records, and work orders.
Track maintenance activity and generate routine reports.
Coordinate environmental permits, inspections, and reporting deadlines.
Work with external environmental service providers to collect and submit required data.
Maintain organized compliance records and documentation.
Proactively flag upcoming deadlines or compliance risks to management.
