Key supervisory duties include planning and assigning work, scheduling QA technicians, managing Kronos for the department, maintaining team discipline and morale, and handling personnel issues such as hiring, promotions, wage adjustments, and terminations. The position also requires maintaining time and production records, compiling inspection records and quality control reports, and initiating plans to motivate workers, including developing and implementing training programs.
