We currently have a career opportunity for a QA Solutions Architect t o join our team located in Minneapolis, MN. Job Overview: As a Solutions Architect you will establish and lead the QA practice and standards across all facets of the enterprise for our clients. This is a strategic role responsible for defining quality frameworks, implementing best practices, and ensuring robust testing for security, performance, accessibility, look and feel, and end-to-end functionality (QA & PMO-Cross Practice/Platform-Delivery). The QA Solutions Architect may or may not have a programming background, but will have expert infrastructure architecture, client presales / presentation, team management and thought leadership skills. You will provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; you will assist in defining scope and sizing of work; and anchor Proof of Concept developments. You will provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. You will also contribute in a variety of roles in thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation. You will challenge your leading edge solutions, consultative and business skills through the diversity of work in multiple industry domains. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with 5+ years in an architect or lead role.
• At least 3 years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency
• Someone who seeks to understand the ‘why’ rather than just the ‘what’; who focuses on delivering true customer value rather than simply meeting demands; and who consistently drives action to achieve meaningful results. This person must have a strong grasp of delivery methodologies and be able to lead teams in implementing solutions aligned with the defined design and architecture.
• Proven experience in setting up QA practices and standards in large organizations.
• Expertise in automation frameworks and AI-driven testing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of security, performance, accessibility, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with API validation, data validation, and CI/CD integration.
• Ability to work onsite 2 days per week.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution. Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
• A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work across multiple teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, containerization, and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up QA practice and standards working for clients, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Provide Thought Leadership and drive innovation to evaluate and establish the architecture to support test automation across multiple test areas.
• Define and implement testing strategies for security, performance, accessibility, UI/UX, and end-to-end validation.
• Design and build automation frameworks, including AI-driven automation solutions.
• Make recommendations for QA tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Create and manage test data strategies to support comprehensive validation.
• Collaborate across all business units and technical teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Drive the transition from manual testing to automation, improving efficiency and coverage.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging QA trends and best practices.
• Engage with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs.
• Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change.
• Participate pre-sales and pursuits as a SME, work with team to provide proposals to our clients
• Perform estimations for resource needs and timelines and provide project and solution estimation and team structure definition.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery.
• Helps deliver presentations to clients and management teams
• Contributes to project discoveries, kickoff, prepare proposals and statements of work following company standards.
• Translate client’s business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams.
• Assists project team to establish high, mid, and micro level plans for project team.
• Helps to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
• Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met.
• Liaise with nearshore and offshore team and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks.
