About The Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Panel Assembly Review: Review and verify the wiring of control panels based on electrical schematics, layout drawings, and work instructions. Component Installation Review: validate the correct mounting and connection of components such as relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, terminal blocks, and power supplies to ensure successful testing and power up. Wiring & Labeling: Review point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and labeling in accordance with UL508A and internal standards. Quality Assurance: Inspect work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve wiring or component issues during assembly or testing phases. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, and Electrical Technicians to ensure the design and product build are aligned and maintain our quality standards. Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Documentation: Record any deficiencies, drawing mark-ups and as-builts to confirm the final product and documentation align. Responsible for all quality documentation, records, and compliance with the Campos Fabrication QMS . EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE HS Diploma required 3-5 years of relevant experience with control panels Solid understanding of panel wiring, schematics, and industrial control components to quickly identify defects, verify compliance, and ensure panels meet engineering and safety standards UL508 standard knowledge and UL698a is a plus PAY: $28-36/HR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE SKILLS Strong attention to detail Disciplined, methodical approach to inspection Proactive and strong communication skills Passion for high quality work WHY CAMPOS FABRICATION? Requirements

  • HS Diploma required
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with control panels
  • Solid understanding of panel wiring, schematics, and industrial control components to quickly identify defects, verify compliance, and ensure panels meet engineering and safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Disciplined, methodical approach to inspection
  • Proactive and strong communication skills
  • Passion for high quality work

Nice To Haves

  • UL508 standard knowledge and UL698a is a plus
