About The Position

Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a QA & Procedure Coordinator who plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of cardholder disclosures and operational procedures. This position is responsible for reviewing system-generated disclosures against regulatory and procedural standards, analyzing daily reports, and collaborating with internal teams to create and maintain documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. The QA & Procedure Coordinator may also assist with client requests for configurations within our systems, helping ensure that client-specific needs are accurately reflected and implemented.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or administrative roles
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting project managers
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools
