Requirements
- QA or NDT experience in manufacturing or foundry environments
- Ability to read blueprints and customer specifications
- Level II Radiographic (X-ray) Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
Responsibilities
- Performing radiographic (X-ray) NDT inspections on initial samples and in-process production
- Conducting chemical and mechanical testing and reporting results
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, customer specifications, and quality standards
- Supporting PPAP, first-piece inspections, and corrective action investigations
- Collaborating with Production, QA Leadership, and external testing resources
