About The Position

Test Technician – Entry Level (Malvern, PA. On-Site) RAJANT CORPORATION , the 20+ year leader in industrial wireless patented Kinetic Mesh® networking solutions, providing full mobility and autonomous products, is seeking an Entry-Level QA Engineer to help evaluate our firmware and software through hands-on testing and continuous learning. Requirements

• Technical Curiosity
• Familiarity with Bash or Python scripting is a plus but not required .
• Basic understanding of wireless networking (802.11n/ac/ax) and wired networking.
• Basic knowledge of RF concepts is a plus but not required .
• Analytical Mindset
• Strong interest in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Comfortable learning how to analyze complex systems.
• Communication Skills
• Able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal form.

• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Execute Test Plans - Assist in designing, developing, executing test plans & test cases to ensure product quality & alignment with specifications.
• Support Test Automation - Contribute to creating and maintaining automated test scripts using Bash or Python. Familiarity is helpful but not required — we’re happy to teach you.
• Identify and Triage Bugs - Participate in finding, documenting, and prioritizing software defects, and work with developers to support timely resolutions.
• Improve Processes - Provide feedback and help refine testing methodologies as you learn our systems and tools.
• Document Results - Maintain clear testing notes, results, and quality metrics; contribute to reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to support shared quality goals and project requirements.
