About The Position

Position at JBS USA Division/Department: Food Safety and Quality Control Location: Marshalltown Job title: QA/Food Safety Clerk Reports to: Arin Howell / Joel Rodriguez Nonexempt Hourly Rate: Nonexempt Type of position: Full-time Hours: 1 st Shift 7 am – 4 :30 pm (flexible as needed) INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE LESS THAN 3 ATTENDANCE POINT IN ORDER TO APPLY Duties: Process paperwork from the production floor Typing data from NSIS program Organize HACCP data Learn to be proficient in the Safety Chain Quality Control Program Prepare final reports from the data collected Be able to analyze and trend data accurately Be part of any internal/3 rd party audits Gather information for USDA and Food Safety reports Organize USDA reports Any other duties assigned by management Learn Food Safety Programs Create reports and distribute to all departments Learn Shop Floor and Safety Chain programs

• Able to work weekends as needed (when plant scheduled)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork from the production floor
