Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Powder Coat Inspection Experience
• Manufacturing or inspection experience
• Blueprint reading and basic measuring tools
• Exposure to GD&T or SPC

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications (training provided)
• Use basic inspection and measuring tools
• Complete inspection records accurately and legibly
• Identify and report nonconforming material
• Bag, tag, and stamp parts as required
• Perform assembly operations as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety rules and company policies
• Support the Quality team and continuous improvement efforts
• Work overtime and fill in other shifts as needed
