About The Position

The Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator position is primarily responsible for development, maintenance, coordination and delivery of Patient Access training. The QA & Training Coordinator coordinates continuing education throughout the healthcare organization utilizing Meditech ADM, ARM and CWS modules. MINIMUM EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Works directly with PAS Supervisor, PAS Director& PAS Leadership Team to identify department needs and goals Covers as needed in Registration and Admissions Develops standardized training material Conducts Patient Access training sessions for new hires and existing employees Analyzes data for quality assurance and performance measurements, report findings Provides educational tracking records for continual employee education Performs audits of registrations and associated tasks, report findings Continually strives to meet and exceed organizational goals Identifies the need for additional training for individuals, and where praise is most warranted Implements ongoing education of pertinent Patient Access items Assists in strategic decisions regarding process changes Expert in communications to all staff, departments & leadership Motivates other in positive and constructive ways Meditech Super User Oversees the work processes of ADM, ARM and CWS modules to ensure process standardization, consistency and implements effective process improvements Participates in employee performance evals and provides input to PAS Supervisor Ability to probe, analyze and articulate subject matter to be easily understood Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
