Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems like P21.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the commercial plumbing and industrial pipe, valves, and fittings (PVF) market preferred.
Experience in quotations, inside sales, or wholesale distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate quotations based on customer specifications, branch preferences, and vendor negotiations.
Work with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and up-to-date product information.
Collaborate with outside sales associates to address customer needs and answer inquiries promptly via phone and email.
Handle customer orders, quotes, and returns efficiently while ensuring complete and accurate documentation in the P21 system.
Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery, and address any discrepancies proactively.
