About The Position

Perform purge process by removing water from the combos of fresh meat,
weighing the difference, recording the measurements, and adding the water
back into the combos.
During idle times of the purge process, you will be assigned to other general
labor duties.

Requirements

• Basic math skills and complete basic paperwork.
• Ability to climb stairs frequently throughout the shift.
• Use tool to pull/push fresh meat from combos.
