About The Position

We are seeking an individual for an entry-level administrative position on our Team. If you like researching and problem solving this is a great fit for you! This position includes consistently submitting automotive parts orders each day throughout the day, researching and matching invoices on our Manufacturers website, and coding invoices to ensure accurate payment timelines. We are looking for an individual with excellent administrative abilities and that will be a positive representative for our business. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented with accuracy, organized, able to multi-task, can work independently as well as with a Team, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Downloading and ordering parts multiple times throughout the day for various manufacturers.
  • Auditing exception reports from the previous day’s orders and billing routines.
  • Assisting our Parts Ordering Team with manufacturer ordering questions.
  • Consistently executing old order clean up routines.
