The property offers 801 guest rooms and suites, multiple restaurants, a vibrant rooftop bar, a sprawling pool, spa, and fitness center. The hotel has over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom, junior ballroom, 25 breakout rooms and pre-function meeting space with waterfront views. JOB PURPOSE: To provide for the acquisition of food, beverage, and general purchases at maximum economic value based on business activity. The Purchasing Manager serves as a key liaison between internal departments and supplier representatives, ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. This role is also responsible for delivering the highest level of support to internal departments, enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively in achieving their daily objectives and overall goals.
