Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, maintain, and update purchasing and procurement-related data in the company’s systems
- Ensure purchase orders, vendor information, and inventory records are processed efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with special projects to help move to a new system
- Perform mostly data entry tasks
- Support accounts payable (AP) functions
