Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchasing efforts between operations, finance and procurement functions to ensure optimization of pricing, timely administration of purchasing documents, and quick resolution of discrepancies.
- Process requisition requests in Zycus and SAP to support Production, Warehouse and Maintenance department needs
- Work with Finance and AP to ensure invoices cleared from the blocked list; includes resolving quantity and net PO price discrepancies
- Deliver savings by identifying pricing opportunities and working with procurement to negotiate pricing and consolidate purchasing to leverage volume with vendors
- Resolution of GR/IR discrepancies to ensure accurate P&L impact of purchases
