About The Position

Responsible for overseeing purchasing and inventory control of the warehouse. Negotiates and secures pricing, receives incoming shipments of merchandise or other materials; verifies correctness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices, etc.; keeps records of goods received; reports damaged goods and shortages. Keeps stock in orderly arrangement. Utilizes Yardi software to track and maintain inventory of materials. Purchase order processing and audit of all items received, works closely with the accounts payable coordinator in processing paperwork in a timely manner as well as communicating any problems that result in credits needing to be obtained by the vendors. Responsible for the setup of new inventory items in the inventory system as well as updating the information in the costs of each item. Distributes parts and maintains building and unit keys to vendors and the maintenance team.

Requirements
