About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk Assistant to support daily procurement and administrative operations. This role is responsible for managing financial transactions, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate purchasing and inventory records. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience working with an ERP system
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage purchasing orders with vendors
  • Track and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
  • Maintain and update purchasing data in internal systems
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and discrepancies
  • Support general administrative tasks related to procurement and inventory
