The Buyer will fulfill the operational requirements of the company, considering factors such as price, quality, and timely delivery to maintain consistency in the supply chain.

Requirements

• While a bachelor's degree is preferred, relevant work history may suffice.
• Purchasing: 3 years (Required)
• Vendor management: 3 years (Required)
• Organizational skills: 3 years (Required)
• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
• QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)

Responsibilities

• Review the scope of work, issued BOMs, and acknowledgments to guarantee delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to resolve any discrepancies between ordered and billed materials.
• Cultivate and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Foster productive working relationships within the purchasing department and across other departments within Red Dot.
