Overview Opportunity: Purchasing Assistant Perform moderately complex data entry work to enter vendor data and maintain files and documentation. Essential Job Functions Maintain vendor files. Verify documentation. Monitor SOX Procedure compliance and system updates. Obtain W-9’s, manage document retention. Assist with issuing 1099’s. Complete Credit Applications. Assist with setting up EFT / ACH accounts. Occasional responsibility for other purchasing functions. Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program. Practice safe work habits. Perform other duties as requested by management.
