About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus!).
  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage detail-oriented tasks with multiple deadlines.
  • A team player with integrity and a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • 10-key typing skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with data entry and documentation review.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain plan take-off information for new and revised plans.
  • Manage option take-offs for all plans/communities within assigned divisions.
  • Monitor home site budgeting to ensure compliance with projected start dates.
  • Review simulated take-off budgets and finalize for accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly start packages for field and office teams.
  • Collaborate with estimating and purchasing divisions to resolve take-off and budget issues.
  • Generate and maintain supplier/trade partner item pricing using Excel and JDE.
  • Produce Cost per Square Foot (CPSF) reports.
  • Address and correct problem commitments in JDE.
  • Work with suppliers and trade partners to resolve old invoices.
  • Adapt to varying workloads and business needs efficiently.
