About The Position

Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Sourcing and Supplier Management: Researching and identifying prospective suppliers, and evaluating them based on price, quality, reliability, and ethical practices. Contract Negotiation: Negotiating purchase agreements and contracts to secure the best possible terms, pricing, and delivery schedules for the company. Procurement Process Management: Creating and processing purchase orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving. Quality Assurance: Working with quality assurance teams to ensure delivered goods meet specifications and addressing any issues with incorrect or bad materials. Strategic Planning: Analyzing market and demand trends to project future needs and ensure a consistent and seamless supply chain. Skills and Attributes Negotiation: The ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes. Strategic Thinking: The capacity to look beyond individual purchases to long-term goals and market trends.
