Receiving Agent will be responsible for receiving, classifying, storing, distributing and taking inventory of food and beverage, materials, supplies and equipment, assisting in the maintenance of perpetual inventories, preparing requisitions for stock replacement, loading and unloading at the point of pick-up, delivery or distribution when necessary, packing, unpacking, counting, weighing, and measuring materials, supplies and equipment upon receipt, checking materials received against invoices, and noting breakage and discrepancies in quantity or quality. Requirements

Three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required.

Responsibilities

Receiving, classifying, storing, distributing and taking inventory of food and beverage, materials, supplies and equipment
Assisting in the maintenance of perpetual inventories
Preparing requisitions for stock replacement
Loading and unloading at the point of pick-up, delivery or distribution when necessary
Packing, unpacking, counting, weighing, and measuring materials, supplies and equipment upon receipt
Checking materials received against invoices, and noting breakage and discrepancies in quantity or quality
