By joining the Division of Waste Management, Program Planning and Administration Branch, Project Administration Section as an Administrative Supervisor in Franklin County, you will have the opportunity to provide direct supervision over employees in the section and be responsible for the coordination of agency procurement, management of grants, and accountability for major fee-supported program payments for the Division of Waste Management. Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
  • EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Four years of purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide technical assistance to purchasing staff in the procurement of goods and non-professional services.
  • Provide oversight to staff on Division of Waste Management (DWM) procurement issues.
  • Establish, review and monitor contracts, and make payments for goods and services in eMARS for the Division, and work closely with various Cabinet and procurement staff.
  • Serve as budgetary and audit point of contact for the Division.
