The purchasing Administrator procures all MRO supplies in addition to office and administrative supplies (including janitorial). Maintains control of purchase orders ensuring accuracy of entry, delivery, billing, recording, and receiving. Helps manage and validate preferred vendors list to ensure best pricing and service. Works in tandem with tool crib clerks at each site as well as operations and maintenance leaders for business continuity.
