About The Position

The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho, with a mission to unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. This Purchased Product Support role is crucial to the mission, responsible for fulfilling weekly store orders, assisting with purchased product split outs, quarterly inventories, and transfers to retail stores. The profits generated from these sales directly fund the Youth Ranch's Programs and Services, making them accessible to all youth in Idaho who need them. The Idaho Youth Ranch is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, making it a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be able to lift 40lbs regularly, and safely

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling weekly store orders
• Assisting in purchased product split outs
• Assisting in quarterly inventories
• Assisting in transfers to our retail stores
• Representing the Idaho Youth Ranch to donors and visitors
• Fills weekly purchased product orders accurately and on time
• Keeps purchased product organized
• Maintains accurate inventory
• Works with minimal supervision
