Checking and stocking supplies in all designated areas in the hospital. Replenish all supplies in Supply Room daily. Supplies transferred from CS will be entered in Hybrent and charged to the appropriate department. Print computer labels for Patient Charge Supplies – Label Supplies. Distribute/store all incoming freight. Check packing slips against purchase orders, enter supplies received on purchase orders. Fill department supply requisitions and deliver promptly. Verify amount was issued out of the MMIS. Communicate count discrepancies with team. Check all supplies for outdated inventory in warehouse/supply areas. Record all findings. Using ladders (step ladders as well as extension ladders) must be able to work on ladder. Assist in yearly warehouse inventory. Other Additional Duties as assigned.
