Construction Lead, Punch Tech, Full-time
About The Position
Anderson Communities is seeking a Punch Technician (Construction Lead) to join their team. The team works mostly in Lexington, Georgetown, Versailles, and occasionally at their property in Louisville. Requirements
- Framing Experience Required
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- High attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally
- Valid driver’s license
- Successfully complete pre-employment background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- General remodel or construction experience, highly preferred
- Light plumbing, electrical, and/or carpentry experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical demolition as part of prep work for contractors
- Conduct framing prep, organizing, and clean up as part of prep work for contractors
- Complete work items from punch list and prime prep as post work from contractors
- Perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks as required
