This position is responsible for leading and coordinating activities associated with construction for projects along with daily contractor management. Essential Duties: • Conducts daily inspections, plan and organize activities, review schedule, update changes, ensure documentation and record keeping, place material and supply orders • Lead and manage contract personnel • Designs and installs special facility projects as required • Developed ability to perform general plumbing, electrical repairs/maintenance, and preventative repairs/maintenance including refrigeration system, HVAC systems, appliances, light fixtures, and doors • Operates machinery and equipment as necessary • Communicate construction related information • Troubleshooting activities to resolve issues • Other duties as assigned
