This position is responsible for leading and coordinating activities associated with construction for projects along with daily contractor management. Essential Duties: Conducts daily inspections, plan and organize activities, review schedule, update changes, ensure documentation and record keeping, place material and supply orders Lead and manage contract personnel Designs and installs special facility projects as required Developed ability to perform general plumbing, electrical repairs/maintenance, and preventative repairs/maintenance including refrigeration system, HVAC systems, appliances, light fixtures, and doors Operates machinery and equipment as necessary Communicate construction related information Troubleshooting activities to resolve issues Other duties as assigned
