Our Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Punch Out Technician for our Market Rate apartment community of 220 units in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
Apartment industry experience is preferred
High School diploma, or GED equivalency
Maintenance knowledge of painting, landscaping, apartment fixture repair/replacement is a plus
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage time

Nice To Haves

Maintenance knowledge of painting, landscaping, apartment fixture repair/replacement is a plus
Apartment industry experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Ensures timely completion of vacant unit turns.
Identifies areas or items in need of improvement or replacement and makes recommendations.
Performs turnkey operations, punches items including but not limited to Plumbing repairs
Lock, smoke alarms repairs/replacements
Appliance repairs
A/C filters replacements
Light bulbs replacements
Installs ceiling fans, wall sockets and performs minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
Assists with performance of preventative maintenance onsite.
Assists with completion of work orders as needed.
Ensures all inventory items are in good working condition.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
