About The Position

The Punch/Miscellaneous Plumbing Technician is responsible for completing repairs and minor plumbing installations in new residential construction. This role focuses on finishing work, troubleshooting small issues, and ensuring plumbing systems are properly installed and functioning before project completion.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience working with PEX, PVC, CPVC, and copper piping
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, and stoop frequently
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and minor plumbing installations in new residential construction homes
• Complete punch-out work and address outstanding plumbing items before project completion
• Troubleshoot and correct minor plumbing issues as needed
• Work with a variety of piping materials including PEX, PVC, CPVC, and copper
• Ensure all work meets company standards and job site requirements
