We're also proud to offer an outstanding benefits package , including: Medical, dental, and vision Paid time off (PTO) Flexible scheduling Company-provided uniforms Fun company parties THE TYPE OF PLUMBING TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record Residential and light commercial plumbing experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of Virginia codes and safety standards Physical ability to perform plumbing tasks Professional communication and customer service skills WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR PLUMBING TECHNICIAN This full‑time position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM , with no on‑call, night, or weekend shifts . In this plumber role, you'll start each day ready to tackle a variety of meaningful service tasks, diagnosing low water pressure issues, uncovering hidden leaks, repairing water heaters, restoring sump or well pump function, upgrading outdated systems, and ensuring safe, code‑compliant gas line work. You'll use your troubleshooting expertise to solve problems efficiently, install new equipment with precision, and respond confidently to safety‑related concerns.
