It leads event management, customer experience enhancement, and team training to deliver consistent service standards. The role differentiates by integrating social media engagement and community outreach to build brand visibility and local relationships. Success is measured by event outcomes, customer satisfaction, team performance, and alignment with strategic goals. The work impacts organizational presence and customer engagement by fostering energized environments and strong community connections.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 2-4 years - 3 Years Retail Management experience in high volume environment
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute retail events from planning through post-event evaluation to achieve defined event metrics and strategic alignment
  • Lead and coach employees to deliver consistent customer service and meet showroom performance standards
  • Develop and maintain social media content and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Conduct community outreach to build local relationships and identify opportunities that support brand awareness and community needs
  • Oversee partner retail events, providing onsite management, logistics, and training to drive store traffic and customer excitement
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
