To excel in this role, the Pueblo Program Manager must be capable of taking initiative, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively organizing program logistics. A key component of the job is a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and additional programs like Cobro, and Canva, which are essential for creating promotional materials, tracking and analyzing data, and maintaining clear communication channels with students, families, and stakeholders.
