Description - Responsibilities Task Management & Prioritization Organize and track all SCADA/OT-related tasks. Prioritize based on urgency, impact, and dependencies. Ensure tasks are assigned and deadlines are met. Stakeholder Coordination Act as the central point of contact between contractors, internal teams, and leadership. Facilitate regular follow-ups and status updates. Ensure everyone knows what to focus on and when. Project Progress & Risk Mitigation Prevent delays by proactively identifying bottlenecks. Escalate issues when needed and ensure timely resolution. Maintain momentum across multiple parallel initiatives. Resource Optimization Ensure technical staff and contractors are utilized effectively. Align tasks with the right expertise and availability. Avoid duplication of effort and underutilization. Reporting & Communication Provide clear, concise updates to leadership. Maintain dashboards or trackers for visibility. Document decisions, changes, and progress. Qualifications Experience in SCADA/OT environments – understanding of industrial control systems is a big plus. Strong project management skills – preferably with certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile. Excellent communication and coordination abilities – able to manage diverse stakeholders. Technical understanding – not necessarily hands-on, but able to grasp technical concepts and speak the language of engineers. Proactive and organized – someone who thrives in dynamic, multi-tasking environments.
