The team's mission is to drive content growth and scalability on TikTok by supporting key partners in maximising their presence and performance on the platform. Role Overview The Publisher Manager will oversee a portfolio of content partners, supporting them in optimising their use of TikTok and increasing their content output. This role is focused on accelerating publisher growth through strategic guidance, short-form video optimisation, and the execution of key projects and initiatives aligned with team objectives and product priorities.
