We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to join the Web Strategy Team! The Public Website Digital Product Owner, under the Product Manager’s leadership, will develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the Blue Cross NC public website, with a specialized focus on the journey of providers, agents, and employer groups. This is a non-technical product management role focused on delivering an exceptional digital experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website strategy, digital best practices, user experience (UX), and site architecture, ensuring our website is intuitive, informative, and aligned with business goals. This role will partner with subject matter experts within the organization and develop requirements and priorities to meet the needs, goals, and desires of key stakeholders to ensure the digital journey and experiences align to compliance standards, key goals, and performance metrics.
