About The Position
The Public Space Attendant is responsible for cleaning the lobby, public areas in the conference center,â¯concierge area, gift shop, lobby telephone area, men’s and ladies locker rooms, behind the front desk,â¯and office space in the general area.
Requirements
- Ability to: (1) deal with the public and co-workers with tact and courtesy; (2) use aâ¯vacuum cleaner; (3) comprehend oral and written instructions
- Willingness and ability to adhere to applicable grooming and appearance standards.
- Sixâ¯months to one-year hotel housekeeping related experience.
- Must be proficient in English.
- Must be available to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Clean all glass doors in area of responsibility
- Clean and dust overhead light fixtures and chandeliers
- Check and clean fireplace area
- Dust and empty trash in all areas of responsibilityâ¯
- Performs other duties as required
